VOLUNTEER AND GET INVOLVED
Senior Facilitators play a critical role during the leadership seminar. They are assigned a small group of ambassadors whom they mentor, guide, cheer on, and support throughout the weekend. Our facilitators are enthusiastic, committed, outstanding members of our adult staff.
SENIOR STAFF
Junior Facilitators (J-Facs) and Junior Operations (J-Ops) are recent alumni who are essential in ensuring HOBY Ambassadors get the most out of their HOBY experience. They not only serve as role models, but they also help the ambassadors remain enthusiastic and engaged throughout the weekend.
JUNIOR STAFF
There are other opportunities to volunteer and support HOBY other than being part of the Senior or Junior staff. We always welcome help with fundraising, marketing, public relations, student recruitment, seminar operations, technology, and crucial administrative tasks.
