​Senior Facilitators are integral to the success of the HOBY Leadership Seminar. Senior Facilitators are assigned a group of 8-10 high school ambassadors. They not only mentor, guide, cheer on, and support the ambassadors, but they also watch over and help address any questions or concerns ambassadors might have. 

 

Because of the role they serve, Senior Staff is required to stay on campus during the entire seminar weekend, including an overnight stay.  In addition, Senior Staff must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check prior to the seminar.
